New for 2009, the Scott A3 Series raises the standard for high performance mid-priced rods. The distinguishing characteristic of the A3 Series is that they are easier to cast than their predecessors. The medium-fast action makes them effective in almost any fishing situation and you'll become addicted to the beautiful casting loops that seem to form themselves. Like the former A2 Series, A3 rods are built on sanded, unpainted blanks for lightness. The A3 Series is given striking blue highlights in the reelseat, stripping guides and rod wraps. Like all Scott rods, the A3 is covered by Scott's Unconditional Lifetime Warranty.
