The Hardy Perfect is the heirloom fly reel of past and present.  Manufactured to this day by the Hardy family in Alnwick, England, these stunning reels are made on the same presses as their 100 year old predecessors.  The Hardy Perfect is carved from bar stock aluminum and fitted with a rotating set of stainless ball bearings that circle the brass spindle.  The Perfect is available in two anodizations: gunmetal grey and black.  Trout models have a classic agate line guide and Ivorine handle.  Salmon models have a revolving metal line guide.  The drag system on the Perfect is a time-proven click pawl with an extra set of drag parts fit inside the reel case. Perfect reels come in Hardy's classy sheepskin lined leather pouch.
